Stuart’s background is in Human Resources where he worked for many leading companies including Tesco, Mitsubishi and HomeServe. It was at HomeServe where he fell in love with the emerging art of internal communication, with the aim of improving employee engagement. HomeServe successfully appeared on the Sunday Times Best Companies list the 4 years he was HR Director, evidence the difference great ’comms’ can make.
Stuart thrives on creating bespoke, quirky yet impactful solutions to client’s challenges. His ideas have helped clients to successfully launch their Pledges inspired by a Madrid café; used the Mr Men & Little Miss books to engage HGV drivers with new ways of working; and seen a machine ‘built’ to demonstrate to one Sales team how to sell more, sell better and sell for longer.
Since 2005, Stuart has worked as a consultant advising companies on how to make work better through brilliant communication. He is co-founder of Masgroves, which launched in 2014, and now works with companies in the UK and internationally.
